Objectives
To assist the Board to maintain the administration, management and financial systems and record keeping. Manage communication, organise meetings, monitor income and expenditure, operate organisation budget/s and ensure the organisation meets its legal obligations under the Incorporation Act.
Responsibilities
• Operate in accordance with HQ’s TeamQLD values and instil these values with those in your charge
• Manage and deliver the Administration responsibilities of the Association
• Manage the communication system and standards (internal /external).
• Maintain all records efficiently and effectively.
• Manage administration standards for meetings
• Keep good transparent and accountable records
• Maintain financial records regularly in the manner determined by the Auditor/Bookkeeper
• Report on the financial status of the organisation in writing at every official meeting of the Committee/Board
• Ensure that the budgeting is carried out
• Be aware of information required for the annual audit

• Responsible for all marketing requirements
