Objectives: Oversight of Facility and Asset management, maintenance, and repair including future facility development and major equipment replacement oversight.
Accountable: To the Committee/Board and the Organisations Members
Obligation: is to store all documents and data altered or developed by you on an online iCloud system that is accessible to the organisation
Responsibilities
• Facility Management systems,
• Asset repair, replacement and development oversight
• Facility operator oversight (staff/volunteers)
• Facility standards (fire, health/hygiene, risk mitigation)
• Operate in accordance with HQ’s TeamQLD values and instil these values with those in your charge
