Objectives

Oversee the sport’s growth by assisting the Association to increase participation and retention rates through the delivery of introduction, modified, schools and social hockey, marketing participation initiatives and programs in accordance with standards to deliver player pathways to club hockey

Accountable: Board and the Organisation’s Members Obligation: is to store all documents and data altered or developed by you on an online iCloud system that is accessible to the organisation

Responsibilities

• Introduction/Modified, Social Program Oversight and Success

• Oversight of the participation and retention rates for all age groups

• Operate in accordance with HQ’s TeamQLD values and instil these values with those in your charge

• Portfolio Volunteer Management & Support
